Being a flutist almost my entire life, it became a passion and I have two music education degrees. Through the decades, though, I’ve discovered I prefer to play over teach. Having performed for years in concerts of various kinds, done pit-work for theatre productions and played lots of gigs, my love for music continues to grow. I also wound up working in the music industry for over 25 years, which expanded my horizons immensely.

Now that I’m retired from that day job, music continues to be a big part of my life. Playing in Frederick Symphony for 25 years, including many smaller ensembles based out of FSO, and a wind groups called Kokopelli Winds, are my joy. See some of our recent performances below.
